Human electricity?

So the human body puts out electricity.  That's how it functions.  Now, throughout history, there have been people that supposedly put off a ton more than anyone else.  Like shorting out lights and such.  So ever night i've been running, two of the streetlights I run by either turn off or on every time whenever I pass under them.
